By using the Raicy food delivery app ("App") and the services provided through the App ("Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App or Services.

4.1 Order Placement: You can place orders for food through the App. All orders are subject to acceptance by the restaurant or store.

4.2 Payment: You agree to pay all charges associated with your orders. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment processors, and you agree to their terms and conditions.

5.1 Ownership: Raicy retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in the App and Services, including logos, trademarks, and content.

5.2 User Content: By submitting content to the App, such as reviews or comments, you grant Raicy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App and Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Termination

Raicy may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App and Services at its discretion, with or without cause.

8. Disclaimers

The App and Services are provided "as-is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

Raicy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kailashahar Jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Institution in Kailashahar,India.

11. Changes to Terms

Raicy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the App, and your continued use of the App after the changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
